Hot Water Circulators & Multi-Storey Systems
Hot water circulators keep water moving continuously through a building's hot water loop, so a tap delivers hot water almost instantly instead of running cold first. Aerobic Treatment Units (ATUs)
ATUs are often used when a direct connection to the main sewer isn't available, and they're strictly regulated as a result. An ATU is a complex, electronically managed system — a pump, treatment tanks and a leaching or irrigation field — that processes sewage on-site into safely reusable water. Because it's mechanical and biological rather than passive like a septic tank, it needs regular servicing and periodic pump-outs to keep working correctly.

WHAT GOES WRONG IF THIS ISN'T DONE
Sewage pump or pit left unmaintained — float switches stick or fail, the pump clogs or burns out, and the pit eventually overflows — for a strata building or commercial site, that’s raw sewage in a common area, an emergency call-out at the worst possible time, and potentially a WA Health or council compliance issue.
