Fantastic service from this business. I drilled into a gas pipe and requested urgent service. They had someone on site within half an hour and the fine gentleman suggested re-routing the pipe rather than destroy the wall that the original pipe was in. The whole job was finished within a couple of hours, including them having to go off site to get fittings that suited my plumbing. Thank you very much.

Exceptional Service by Ballantine Commercial Property ServicesWe recently experienced a burst water pipe in a particularly difficult and hard-to-access location within our home. Ballantyne was contacted to attend to the issue. On the first day, a supervisor arrived and assessed the situation, advising that some tiling will need to be removed to access the problem.However, on the second day, a full team returned—led by plumber Drew, with his assistant Aidan and their supervisor. From the moment they arrived, they took full control of the situation with confidence and professionalism.Drew carried out the work with remarkable skill and determination. His "can-do" attitude and solution-focused mindset were evident throughout. There was no swearing or frustration—just calm, focused, and diligent effort. They worked in an extremely tight and challenging space, using jackhammers and tools with great care. Remarkably, not a single tile in the house was damaged or removed.Their positive approach and technical expertise truly saved the day. The job was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and we were thoroughly impressed.Thank you, Drew, Aidyn, and the Ballantyne team—we sincerely appreciate your outstanding work.

Cannot recommend Kyle Britton and the team at Ballantyne enough with their electrical work. Kyle was so thorough during the site visit to quote and so helpful after I had experienced poor, dangerous and illegal workmanship from another local electrical provider. Called Mandurah Ballantynes regarding an outdoor leaking water pipe. They arrived within the hour, dug out the pipe, fixed the leak and left an hour later. All in awful weather and at a fair price. My go to plumbers from now on.

Great service, was able to come out same day within 2h to repair a hole in our gas pipework inside the wall. Removed the brick, fixed the pipe, and mortarted the wall back ready for plaster & paint. Great service.

When working within rosters it’s not easy to have tradesmen call when we are both available but in this case the front desk staff were helpful in arranging the time and day that suited me.I appreciated the quick phone call to inform me that they were running late and later to let me know that they were on their way.The workmanship was excellent ( Installation of a gas cooktop ) with the gas line neatly placed within the cupboard space.I would recommend this company for anyone with household appliances that needed installation.
